Directions for Use
- Twist the body of the waterproof eyeliner pencil until you have enough colour at the tip to work with
- Glide it along your lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and working outward
- Create intense and dramatic liner styles like cat eyes, or get a softer, smoky eye makeup look by using the smudger tool right after applying
- Keep the pencil sharp with the built-in sharpener
